Default BC Coils track use

I'm just curious if anyone has experience using the BC br coilovers for the occasional track day while daily driving their cars??. I'm thinking of making the jump from FSPORT to BC for the adjustability. If you do, what spring rate are you guys running?

Only a couple auto-x events under my belt with my BCRs, but I initially chose too soft of rates for track-use. But my 12k/8k is perfect for DD street use. For the track, I'd recommend 14k/12k.

BC does make good bang for your buck daily/track coils. never owned any myself but i know a lot of people that recommend them for daily/track.

I have been running BC coilovers with 12/10K swift spings for about 2 years. I have about a dozen or so track days during that time. Much better than OEM and they seem to be holding up great. A little bouncy on the street going over potholes or speed bumps but all in all the ride is not bad at all.

My BC BR with 12/10K are holding up pretty well and handle great, no complaints so far! Yet to have hit the track but hit twistys often
