Whats a good spring rate for BC extreme low kit with swift springs?
Ok so do you suggest the extreme low kit or standard kit for me now? Do you have any pictures of your coilovers at its highest adjustment?
have. I think the max highly is about 1 in lower than the stock height.

They're not BC's but I'm happy with my Powered by Max with 18k/16k. Firm but not nearly as harsh as I thought they might be. I don't cringe every time I hit a bump due to tires rubbing or uca's hitting like I did with softer coils. In my case I think those rates are a good compromise.
I'm surprised at how high some of you guys are willing to go on a daily driver.
I have 10k/8k on my coilovers and think they are great for daily duties. These firmed up the ride and got rid of all the "float" of the stock suspension. I'm happy and the wife doesn't complain. If I were doing it again, I'd try 12k/10K, but probably wouldn't go stiffer.
