Default Newbie Installiing - B&G S2 Lowering Springs with Bilstein Shocks

I have the B&G S2 Lowering Springs with Bilstein Shocks that I bought from one of the member last year but I never had the time to install it. It is my 1st time installing such. I have not remove anything yet but before I do, I have some questions below.

Shocks:
Front - Ak1243
Back - AK1242
(See picture attached)

- One of the front shock nut is missing , can I reuse the existing nut from the stock?
- No boot cover for the back shocks, can I use the stock cover if there is any?
- The back shock the rubber bumper stop is worn out , can I just buy one or I need both sides to be the same?
- Do I need to replace all the strut mount?

Thanks in advance.

Those are great bilstein shocks! I have them on my sc as well, you'll be very happy with those!!
As for top mounts, bump stops and boots, save your cash go to autozone.com and get the items for the 93 to 98 toyota supra or your year lexus ( interchangeable as long as your springs are for supra as well and sit properly on the aluminum perch)
Once you jack up the front of your ride take your wheels off, remove your stock shocks top 3 nuts, remove the bottom bracket( on the top of the control arm 2 bolts hidden )then bottom shock bolt you're good to remove the shock/spring assembly through upper control arm.
For The rest you you gotta use the search button on the top of the page
Good luck and post pics after you're done

I would even try rockauto.com to get even a lower prices. It's all basically a rubber or polyurethane parts, and shouldn't cost much in my opinion.

So finally I got some time to start with this replacement.. I am currently working on the front passenger side. The rubber between the upper strut mount and the spring on the stock setup is almost worn out. I've read some posting it said to cut it and re-use it. any alternatives to this? The KYB SB101 that I bought does not come with it. see pics below. Also if you can comment on the new setup if it is correctly done but without the upper rubber yet.

I was able to separate the rubber insulator from the top mount.
The upper rubber and the plastic ring holding is worn out.
Now another issue arises the nut that I bought from the Bilstein dealer does not fit.

Default Bilstein Strut installed with pictures

Finally, it is installed and I have it aligned. See pics attached

Pros: like the handling, stance and look

Cons: It rubs the splash guard on pot holes or bumps. any advise?

Hey that looks good, those have a solid drop for springs. The golden question is which wheels are you going to follow up with?

Thank you for all those who provided their inputs on this install.
I still need help on the rubbing issue when it hits pot holes and bumps. do you normally remove the splash guard? any suggestions?

I have 2 sets of 18 wheels (from a Lancer 09 GTS and Eclipse 2006 GT) at home that I am planning to test fit on later but I need to replace the tires-budget permitting.

Eclipse
18x8 +42 offset bolt pattern 5x114.3 with stock tire size 235/45/18

Lancer
Wheel is 18x7 +46 offset bolt pattern 5x114.3 with stock tire size 215/45/18
