Default '01 GS430 L-Tuned

I just finished lowering my GS and was wondering if anyone know how much L-Tuned springs lower the car. 1.25" front and rear? It seems that the rear is slightly lower than the front. Any truths to that?

Thanks!

My L-Tuned install lowered a bit over an inch in front and just about an inch in back.

Lexus advertises 1" all around but the car may settle more (like Bit said 1.2").

Yeah, me too. 1.2" front, 1" rear. Since lowering, I put deeper tires on back (3/16") so I have a definite lean toward the front, which I like.

Ride quality is superb. I like it a lot and wish this was the factory set up.

Did you notice the rear is lower than the fron by 1/2 inch or so? Does anyone have any picture with L-Tuned and stock 17's?

Thanks.

I've noticed the sagging rear on some L-tuned cars.

I believe one CL person had some spacers added in the rear to compensate.

It doesn't seem to be the case with all cars. I currently have TTE springs and the front is lower than the rear. Couldn't stand it the other way around.

Good luck.

Hammed,

Since you have the L-Tuned set up in your GS, is the rear lower than the front by an inch or so?

Thanks for verifing.

Yes the rear is lower than the front, but less than an inch, more like three quarters of an inch. You can see the difference in the pics I posted a link to.
