Default Squeaking

My brakes squeak when I first drive the car in the morning and also when the car has sat for over an hour. They only squeak the first couple times I use them at slow speeds and after that they are quiet. The rotors have been spun and my pads are relatively new. They also squeak a bit more in the rain which I assume is normal. Help!

search for the brake shim kit. Lots of threads on the subject. Mine squealed right before stopping, shim kit fixed it 100%. $30 for the set, easy install.

I bet you park outside where moisture can collect on the rotor surface and creates surface rust. The noise is the minor surface rust coming off via the brake pads. Happens to me every time I wash my car.

I get a squeak / screech whenever I'm in reverse, backing out of a parking spot or driveway from the brakes... I'm assuming gravel is the issue?
