Which side of your brake pedal do you press on mostly?
J/K, it won't make a difference there. I think the issue you maybe experiencing is from pads dragging on the fit kit.
Make sure you install new OEM Lexus pads, shims and fitting kit. Resurface the brake rotors and clean and lube the caliper slide pins with 3M silicone paste and install brake grease p/n#08887-80609 on the fitting kit, between the shims and pads and the ends of the brake pads. Make sure to not get any on the brake rotors and the friction surface of the pads or use a clean rag and brake cleaner to wipe it clean.
If the task is beyond your capabilities have it serviced by an experienced Toyota/Lexus technician. Brakes are something you don't want to take for granted.
