Default Tapping on Teins

Hey guys
Have had my Teins for couple of weeks
Had my setting really soft b4 but got them stiffened
Hearing some tapping, not rubbing but tapping
Tech told me he could stiffen springs more but it could be really harsh
wanted to see what you guys think
its really not that bad, but just wanted to get your opinions
