I just replaced my rear brakes little over 1000 miles on them. The pad is only making complete contact with the rotor on the inside 50% and on the other 50% it makes some contact (just really enough not to have rust). This is after I replaced both rear calipers and OEM pads and new centric rotors. Any suggestions to what might be going on here?

Did you bleed the system fully after replacing cailper and also make sure to lube the sliding pins

I sure did! Brake system was complete flush afterwards and I did lube the slide pins. I even went back to lube the slide pins for a second time because I thought that was the issue too.
I just checked my rear IS350 pads/rotors and there's a thumb's width of space between the rotor hat and where the pad actually starts to wear. Are you sure this isn't the case here?
