Default Tein S. Tech Lowering Springs

Anyone have any experience or have any comments about Tein S. Tech Lowering Springs? I'm considering these, but don't know how they compare to H&R and Eibach in regards to handling, ride comfort? Is the drop too low that it would rub on 245/40/18 tires?

Here are the specs from Steve Ganz:

Spring rate front-9/504
Spring rate rear-11/615
Front drop-1.6
Rear drop-1.7

I asked about these springs a few weeks ago. Nobody responded to the post. I believe these springs are relatively new for the GS model.

the teins have been available in japan for sometime..great springs, kind of on the low side, as you can see from the drop spec.

the damping/spring rate is just slightly higher than the eibachs

I was thinking about these springs too...

My girlfiend has Tein springs (not coilovers) in her Lexus IS300 and they are great!

Nice drop, not too low, not to high and handling is great!

I would definitaly recommend them...

I just had them installed along with L-Tuned shocks for three days and I'm really happy with them on. The wheel gap has been significantly reduced. The best part though is the ride. It is still pretty soft like stock with less body rolls. But then again, I don't have any experience with stiffer suspension so...

I purchased the combo from Gordon at Carson Toyota for $189 plus shipping. I just realized that somehow my steering wheel is pointed slightly to the left and Big-O, who did the alignment, said that they can't correct it. The car does not pull to the left though--it drives straight. Any CL members have any ideas on this problem?
