Default steering rack bushing replacement road block

I started to do my steering rack bushing today on my 03 Lexus GS300 and everything was going smooth i was able to get the bolts out with any problem. All i had to use was a 17 mm wrench to get both bolts out of the drivers side. I pulled the bolts out of the drivers side but i am at a road block. I read the diy on here and read the 30 something pages but did not see anyone address this.I looked at the bushing and i have no clue on how to knock them out. i cant access the back of the bushing to knock the top one out.My question is how do i get this bushing out of the housing becuase it is connect to the fame with no access

There's a really good DIY on here somewhere where the guy uses a screwdriver and knocks them out via the front end. Sorry I didn't see this sooner or I would have answered.

I had a hard time with the screwdriver and hammer method. Ended up just using a C clamp to "press" it out.
