Default Megan ez installation

Hi CL
just bought megan ez coilover and going to install it, i have some question:
Do i have to cut the bump stop? What does it do anyway?
Do i have to set the preload setting ?

Is there anything else that i need to do? It will be installed proffesionally but i just want to make sure that everything is done ( mechanic forget sometimes ).

Thank you in advance

No, theres no need to cut anything. The coilover system you bought is a seperate unit from factory.
So no cutting anything. As far as preload its a good idea to reset it once you receive the unit. Google ot or search on how to reset preload.

No need to modify the bumpstops and I would reset the preload but many people don't.

What happen if i dont reset the preload? If i give the instruction to the shop where i will install it they should know what to do right?

You should be fine if the shop knows what they are doing.

If they are professionals and work with aftermarket suspension setups regularly, they should know what to do. DON'T CUT THE BUMPSTOPS!
