Default I need help with vibration when braking

I need some help.
I just went to dealer today and had them check out my vibration problem when braking from around 50 to 60 mph. I had oil change and alignment done which I needed but my service rep called me at told me that I needed to turn the rotors to get rid of my vibration problem when braking. My rotors are practically new trd rotors and pads. I think I have only 2000 miles on them. He told me that some of after market rotors have tendency to get rough surface soon and I needed to turn the rotors to fix it and he quoted me of $400 to do that. So I told him not to do it because I don't think I need to turn the rotors. Did anybody else had similar problems? It somehows shakes less now eventhough he didn't do anything to rotors but there are significant shake when hard braking from 50 to 60 mph. I am thinking about getting sway bars, do you guys think that getting sways would help with this vibration problem?
help is appreciated.

TRD pads are too harsh for rotors. So if the rotors are not well made high quality ones, you'll get warpped rotors. YES, you got the typical sympton of warpped rotors. Go get the rotors turned and switch to some softer pads, i.e., EBC, you can get your problem solved.

$400 is way too much, turning the rotors is usually around $10-20 each. I've been thru 2 sets of TRD pads and 2 sets of rotors and I only have 33k miles on my car

yeah sounds like the rotors are warpped already. it's possible depending on the quality of the rotors and material used for the pads. but 400 is a lot. go somewhere else to get them done for like within 100 bucks

well,
My rotors are slotted trd rotors. So wouldn't you think that trd rotors would be ok with trd pads?
I might switch the pads now to ebc pads.
