what caliper is it? Its not all about the offsets, sometimes the design of the spokes are more important than offsets.

Are spacers legal in NY? I thought there are some states that dont allow them.

They would do the trick though. There might be some rubbing issues because of the wheel size.

gotta be LS or TT calipers....spacers is the only way to clear and with those wheels i believe youl need like a 20mm and using spacers in the front for 10.5 isnt gonna work to well

Yeah we need more info to help you out. What brakes are you running, and can you provide any pics with the wheel mounted? with a wheel that large/wide/low offset I would assume you would have plenty of clearance, but each wheel is different, so pics would be a huge help.

Thanks,
Rick

There is nothing illegal about spacers. They're not ideal but they work in a pinch. A small 3mm or 5mm does not limit lug engagement nor does it require longer studs. Anything larger gets iffy.

You'll need some spacers for those wheels minimum 10mm.
Get them from Ichiban good quality!

How close are you to bolting up? You can attempt to shave the front face of the caliper, but its generally not recommend. Too much and you will expose the internal fluid passages, and be left with a paper weight.

i wouldnt suggest shaving them. If i was in your situation i would have 3 choices.

Roll/shave/pull fenders to fit the wheel with a spacer

Get new wheels that clear the brakes

or

Put the stock calipers back on.

Depending on where you got the wheels, how long ago and what condition they are in you may be able to return them to the place of purchase or sell them on here.

I still dont understand why you want 10.5" wheels on the front to be honest. Seems like a bit of an overkill.
