well sorry guys i havent installed my FIGS ones yet, i fractured my tailbone and i been uber busy besides that. i WILL have them done next week when i get back from ATL (picking up my black interior swap and a handful of other parts). Castor arms, rims,RMM strut bar, SRT intake all at PC so when i pick up everything else these will be installed....
fyi to all.... i just replaced a set on another car. it went wayyy to easy.
1. put the new bearing in the freezer over night.
2. evenly heated the spindle with a propane torch to aprox. 250-300 deg> f. (the little one used for diy plumbing)
3. immediately after heating, run inside, grab the frozen (oiled) bearing and quickly drop it into place. mine almost fell in all the way. a quick tap with a dead blow or soft face mallet was all it took. now you can center it with the clamp.
do not mess around during step three. you have about ten seconds to get it right.

No issues, no need to heat the knuckle either. Just pop them in the freezer while your getting the old ones out. I threw on my coils, camber kit, ball joints, tie rods and sway bushings in the process. Night and day ride quality with the comfort sports

Side note, due to the bearings large radius of movement and not being a fixed joint when I installed my spc rear camber kit on aggressive turns the outer edge of the camber bracket rubs my brake shield and causes a slight tin noise
so can you not bend the rear brake shield or trim it?
so, im gonna sell the ones i bought from the ebay vendor since i got the FIGS ones, if anyone is interested in them, PM me
i should be installing these finally either this week or next, stay tuned

Anyone have any tips for getting the old ones out? Tried C clamp method, that didn't work. Tried pittman puller with 30mm socket, no go, puller destroyed in process. Found some utube vids on the Schley bushing remover set. Made a homemade version.
Consists of 32mm socket, 1/2" bolt, 3 grade8 nuts, 3 grade 8 washers, and 2 2.5" industrial washers, and 2" pipe nipple. After that and 3 days of PB blaster, oh, and a torch on it tonight, I'm about to give up.
Mike has already sent me the new bushings, so I really don't want to throw in the towel just yet. I couldn't get the old bushing to budge, but maybe 1/8". My arms and hands are killing me. I even managed to bend 3 of the washers.
Right now I'm thinking about ordering the Schley kit, but its $450, or just giving in to OEM, and buying the whole spindle and probably wheel bearing, and do it the long way, and end up selling my FIGS, which I don't want to do.
Can anyone help? I suppose I could take the old spindles off, and take them to a shop to have the bushings pressed, but right now my pride is getting the better of me.
Anyone??

i freeze the bearing for about a half hour, on the ice.. yes i have changed ALL of the suspension components. It literally feels and sounds like some body hitting the back seat with a baseball bat., if i go w.o.t. from a dead stop. no exaggeration, it sounds like i could break something if i tried. A
lmost sounds like a trans. mount??? it seems that every part made from rubber on this car, is disintegrating...EVERYTHING.
ps. i did not measure the bearing before i installed it, but there was no way it was going to be "easily pressed in." i will post pics of the press cups i made , if interested. similar to the 36mm socket, just a cup i turned on a lathe instead.
