Default Alignment - Toe

After I got my Tein HA's installed, Firestone wasn't able to align my left rear. They said they couldn't get the toe straightened out. The range for the left rear is from -0.02" to +0.08" and mine is at -0.73" !

Anyone have any insight into what might be causing the problem?

Or do you guys know of anyone in Atlanta that can fix this problem?

Rear wheels shouldn't have much toe at all, as shown by the spec. If that is real, it sure sounds like something is bent or broken. Can't help much in your location but a good alignment shop that handles chassis problems, almost always not a tire dealership, would be the one to take the car to. Lexus dealership will probably hit or miss. Some of them get involved in alignment issues, some just take the car somewhere else. Bet that rear left wears quick.

Ok noticed something I should have noticed a while back. The wheel gap in the rear is different on each side. Its 1/2-1/4 inch lower on the driver's side then the passenger's side (the driver's side is where the toe is out). I pulled of the wheels and remeasured distance threaded to acquire the proper drop; it was the same on both sides. I've lowered it on the passenger side and hopefully getting the car realigned this afternoon.

Any clue as to what my fault was/is?

actually you can't just measure the thread distance. apparently the weight of the car is not entirely the same left and right? i went through all that, in order to have equal left and right rear, the driver side has to be set a bit "higher" in terms of thread distance

actually at the beginning the shop adjusted them perfectly and alignment came out great. over the past 2 months i have been adjusting the coilover myself without doing any alignment yet (want to get the best setting first) so i don't know how off they are now

I would wait a little to break them in before making any adjustments. After I got mine back, I was checking to make sure the heights were the same all around and on one day, the right was higher, and the next day the left was higher. Everything seems ok now.
