Question Brake Problem?

Right out of the gate, my 2011 IS250C has an intermittent problem when applying the brakes. It occasionally pulls to either side, sometimes causing the steering wheel to spin 90 degrees if I let go of it.
Wrote to "The Auto Doc" and he suggested 5 possible causes. I gave his answer, which appeared in Newsday, to my dealer, who kept it for 2 days and found nothing wrong.
Didn't get a definite answer to what might be causing the problem, so I wrote to Lexus head office in CA, and in Japan. Still waiting for their reply. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you get it resolved?
Besides the pulling problem, the car is great.

What tires are on the vehicle? Have you hit anything, like a big pothole or curb? Wish I knew anything about ABS...but perhaps a brake bias problem.

90 degrees. That's a pretty hard pull. What about road conditions? I will get a pull to one side if the roads are cupped from heavy truck traffic at a stop light.
