Default camber keeps shifing out :( NEED HELP!!!

Its my GF's car and i need it back on the road ASAP for her. The front left lower control arm bolt keeps on shifting out of the adjustment. Any of you had this issue before? Should I buy a new bolt and do alignment again (5th time this year lol) What is the torque to tighten that thing down? Its the front lower control arm bolt im talking about.

Torque spec is 136 ft-lbs. New bolt is definitely in order. Supras have this same issue - bolt goes bad and alignment shifts, usually because whoever did the alignment didn't use the torque wrench on it, so it gets rapidly worn and the bolt is ruined.
