Default Stuck camber bolt while alignment?

I have new tires now and went to get an alignment again. I am lowered. I understand the camber for front can be adjusted slightly. It seems the camber adjustment bolt up front is stuck on both sides. Thus I cant adjust my camber up front. It is currently more negative more than I would like. Anyone have experience with this? Do I try soaking with pb blaster and bring back or something? I have read some have torched the bolt off and replaced with new bolt and bushing.

that bolt is supposed to be torqued to 166 lb ft so if it is properly torqued you'll some serious leverage to loosen it. 3ft breaker bar at least.

True. I took my breaker bar and placed and old steel fence post (heavy gauge) over the bar and broke it loose.

Jack the car up very high and make sure to use jack stands and wheel blocks. ( I use 20 ton stands.) You'll need the height to get a full grip on the breaker bar without hitting the floor.
