Default Help with buying IS300 front rotors

Hi all,

I need some help with buying the correct front rotors for my 2002 IS300. I was looking at tirerack.com and saw 2 different models: one IS300 up to 01/02 and the after 02/02. I looked at my door panels and saw that the Manufacturer Date was 01/02. Also, I was thinking about buying the solid Brembo rotors, are these as good as the stock ones?

Thanks in advance,

Tom

I just installed a set of Brakemotive drilled/slotted rotors with pads front and rear for $160 shipped. Look them up on google. A large upgrade from OEM but I wouldn't get them if you are trying to track your car!

I managed to purchase a full set BrakeLab slotted only rotors for $139.49 shipped/picked up. Here's the auction page on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=260780421134 you could ask to see if they could do the same deal again. Right now it's $154.99, my deal was 10% off. I went with slotted only rotors , to avoid any instances of having the drilled rotors cracking since i track my car once a month give or take.

I have a cross drill front and rear Brembo rotors. and i use oem pads. they work with the maximum and perfect. I know price is not cheap. first time I bought about $ 550 just for 4 rotor. is expensive but it looked like a race car and more ferocious. and don't forget check like serial number. if there is no number it means false.
