Exclamation 2011 IS 250 Drop spring problem HELP!

So a Friend of mine recently bought a Red 2011 IS 250, and the mod bug slowly hit him. but recently he put in some Tanabe drop springs at the local speed shop "which looks nice"

but after the install this message keeps showing up

and wont go away . The speed shop told him that the 2011's have to get their headlights reset, so he took it to the local lexus dealer and told them the situation. Turns out they dont know what to do or how to reset the headlights "thanx lexus " anyways has anyone else had this problem or know some ideas on how to fix. Thank you for your time and much mahalo's !!

It sounds like what the other member who had a 2011 IS had when she lowered her car. She got the same message and just had to put the sensor back in the right position.

It could also be when they took the shock/spring out, they forgot to unbolt the high sensor from control arm. And broke the inside of the sensor. Btw, did they able to pull any code from it??

Most likey this. There's a thread in the GS forums that you'll have to search for with pictures of the proper way to install it.
