Default Need a smooth suspension setup< need help

hey just trying to change my suspension the car drives a little rough, over the bumps maybe my struts are shot? but i need a smooth ride i do have 19"s on the car with low pro tires 225/40/19 i do live in nj so the roads are kind of rough, any advice? dont want it to low to the ground maybe an 1.5 drop so because my front is high.

would stock shocks and lowering springs would be good?
or a coil over setup will be better?
if anyone has info please help dont have much to spend $300 to $400 max.

want a smooth not bumpy ride dont want to feel every bump on the road

Tanabe NF210 with KYB shocks would be what you are looking for. Do a search, many people got this setup already.
