you have any "issues" with yours? i seem to have a binding noise like something is preloading on my front sway bar when i reverse or occasionally when i put it into drive from reverse even with the TRD's i have a binding noise i cannot pinpoint yet....im not blaming these since i did my coilovers, front RCA's,outer tie rods, rims, etc all at once but i cannot pinpoint where its coming from i dont think its my LBJ as they only about 2-3 years old and dont even have 50k on them but its possible i just havent checked yet. i will hopefully get to the bottom of this, this weekend

well mike IF the alignment guy is correct its a bad motor or tranny mount but i dunno man it just seems way to loud of a noise for a mount. i know they shot as i ordered some new ones for the header install and i have already replaced the tranny mount. i had it realigned yesterday (yes even though im doing the rest of my installs this weekend) as after replacing the tie rod it was at a bad angle and i didnt have time to work on it (2.4 corrected to 0.10).....

the issue im having is some kind of popping/binding noise (again cannot say for sure what it is im just saying after all my major suspension work, including coil overs, i now have it) when i typically go full clock to the left (so if im backing up tire will be all the way inside and wheel maxed to the left) when i hit the brakes i got a pop noise (like the sway bar is preloading and binding its not the brake shims as most people have though) and then when i straighten the wheel out and go straight i get it again just not as bad. im gonna have chris look over it this weekend and then this week when i take it for a alignment i will have zellnors look over it if it doesnt get fixed or pinpointed...

EDIT: im gonna attempt to make a video of this, im REALLY starting to think its brake related but i still wonder if its related to the suspension. i really will try to narrow this down ASAP

I really need outer tie rods? Any idea when these will be available and about how much they will cost? I'm about to order them from sewell but would much rather have some figs tie rods.

When installing rear endlinks or front endlinks.. is it more desireable to have a shorter endlink? or an extended endlink?

Say you were aiming for more sport suspension.

my opinion, preloaded. ... extended. use the furthest towards the outside hole. When the car tilts, it'll push the bar inward. But then again, preloading might mess with the shock load. I'm waiting for an answer too

sway endlinks should be shortened to eliminate overloading the sway bar. If its preloaded it will travel outside its normal bounds which puts stress on the bushings and causes them to distort. You want the sway to be torsionally neutral at suspension rest.
