finally got my daizens installed
I had a set of daizen control arm bushing in my possession 2 years ago. I sold them 6 months later never getting them installed. In August, I got in contact with TM and ordered all the bushings he made for the GS.
It's now December (whoops) and FINALLY had a CL member install them along with my new upper control arms.... and here's the verdict...
While I still have to get an alignment, I took this car on some bumpy and cratered side streets and then on the highway. The steering wheel felt amazing. A tight feel almost like my BMW (not as tight, but I felt in complete control). I felt very composed over the bumps and craters which I am very happy about. On the highway (I only drove for about 3 or 4 minutes between 3 exits) I didn't notice anything, to the point where I forgot to check if there was even vibration! I would have been pissed if there was, but I think I subconsciously said ah this feels great and didn't think about it.
For reference, my car has about 76k miles on it. My buddy said the old bushings were intact except for the caster arm bushings. I think this is what was causing the most vibrations and noise. Maybe he can help you local guys too.
Right now I am a very happy camper. Let's see what the alignment specs say this week and how she drives with the NY roads.
I'll update this thread at the end of the week.

I've been holding on to my bushings for two years also... installed new control arms but they were after market and for some reason or another it completely slipped my mind to have these pressed on... might just sell them.. i purchased an e36 for when i feel like driving something nimble.
