Do you have any wire that you can tie the caliper down with until you get a replacement bolt? Front or rear?

Borrow someone's car or ask someone to take you to a local store/dealer. Get the right bolt.

Dont drive without the bolt. You need two bolts. Trust me.

Just order one $7 and wait for it. Dealership by me took 1 day.

Cool

Keep in mind also that Toyota dealers (if they are closer) can order the part for you and may well be cheaper. They can cross reference the P/N for you.

As an alternative, check with your local parts places (both domestic and import). Caliper bolts are a common item that gets damaged, and it may not be a unique item that another one won't fit.

I definitely agree with the recommendation not to drive. It's not worth it.

Yep, I'm new at this if you've seen me on the other threads but I didn't drive it anywhere. Didn't even think about driving it with a wire. And the dealership was closed and I'm heading back tomorrow to school which is a couple hours away.

Thankfully, my local parts store had the bolt. Little different looking but it fit and I torqued it to the right specs. Thanks a lot to all of you and I'm going to finish up tomorrow when it's light.
