JDM93400 - sent you a pm.

updates! so today i ran the car on a touge, nothing too tight, it was pretty open and high speed. car felt straight and it had an amazing difference in response just for my delrin bushings on the front LCA's. i didnt feel any difference for the stiffness, but the response was amazing. ill be doing the front uppers soon if i can get myself some cheap UCA's...

sweet idea. I know when delrin first came around it would swell but i think that kind was white. Any issues with swelling on the kind you used?

delrin would swell when it got wet. this was an issue with delrin bolts (not screw bolts but the sliding bolts that hit the paintball) on paintball guns.

Hm not sure, but it also could of been a type of delrin... It was a issue with my bolt I used on my ICD B2K4. Here is a link to a spyder version, same concept. http://www.alamocitypb.com/MANUFACTPAGES/lowblow.html

However people use delrin on car applications... hell maybe the swelling allows a tighter fit and makes it better for automotive. I dont know, but I would not be worried about it in this application..however a sliding bolt in a gun, yes it sucks because it does not even fit in the chamber anymore.

I would not worry

yyup, cost effective just wasnt worth it compared to polyurethane.

but never the less, i made my self a whole front set, yet to put in the front uppers as i dont really have a reason too.
