Default Squeaking breaks after parking for a while

I bought a 07 GS350 back in November 09. After about 1 month, the back breaks start squeaking loudly when starting out in the morning or after car sits for a while. Went to the dealer and they said Lexus is aware of the problem with the back rotors and they will have to back order peplacement parts because the problems so wide-spread. The parts came in within a week, had them installed, and within two weeks, the problems back. I called again and have another appointment to have it checked out. The dealer said they thought they had the problem fixed with these new rotors, skims and pads, but don't have any other resolution, so I might have to live with it.

I've never owned a car that had this problem. There might have been some brake scraping after sitting for a while, but not a high pitch screach. It goes away after a few stops, but as far as I'm concerned, this shouldn't be happening.

it's called ME noise (morning effect). basically, it occurs when you leave your car several hours or overnight and the pads haven't heated up yet. if it's an OEM problem then you might want to look in ProACT aftermarket pads.
