Need advice on a rubbing issue
Hey guys im lowered on Megan Coilovers and have a good amount of negative camber all around and when i installed my wheels after i got my fenders rolled i was surprised when i noticed how badly i was rubbing. its only in the front two wheels and is due to the bolt that is holding up my bumper to my fender, which is right above my tire. Since my wheels are pretty wide and im pretty low i was wondering if i could work around this problem.
I know a bunch of you guys are slammed, have you run into this problem? I asked around on another forum and they said some people reposition the tab and shave it off.
Any suggestions?

just shave the bolts away. theres really no need to even relocate the bolt...you bumper is already held on by 5,000 screws and a bunch of clips...so chances are, it wont fall off with 2 less bolts.
i've been running around for over a year now with both bolts shaved and i have zero problems

alrite here's goes my description on how to do it the legit way. the screws you are hitting are held up by one plastic tab attached to the metal tab on the fender.
shave down the plastic tab because you can't bend it. next relocate the screw on the metal tab..more inward toward the headlight. then bend the metal tab where the original screw was upward and out of the way of rubbing. you can either zip tie it...but to be safe just buy two new screws and screw and bolt it on.
last, cut your fender when you're rubbing the most...it's the spot with metal behind the liner, you gotta shave down that metal part...or hammer it in, sanding it down is more legit though. then use your heat gun to shape your fender liner to line up more against your fender. you do this by heating the liner, pushing the liner up toward the fender, then spraying cold water on it so it holds its shape. if you dont want to do any melting then just cut away the parts that rub.

I shaved the tab with a dremer then drilled a whole to hold the bumper on with a nut and bolt with washers and locking washers. This hold the bumper a lot better at the corners than a zip-tie does.
