You must hit up SUPRATRD for prices on TEIN. You will thank me. One thing people havent said, the GS sits a little so if you drop 1" all the way around it will still sit. TEIN will correct that. But like the man said it all depends on how much loot you want to drop. Just buy one thing at a time so it wont look so bad.

Default Go L-Tuned

Unless you are autocrossing you don't need to spend for the coilovers (unless you want the slammed look)...get the L-Tuned you'll be happy you did, 1-1.25" drop subtle but does the trick.

Without a doubt spend the money and get the Tein Flex.. At the softest setting it is softer than the stock suspension with a 2.25 inch drop all the way around.. Its that good.. As for the EDFC its a cool toy but to be honest you probably won't use it much unless you intend to take your car to the track or something to that extent..

The coilover is fully threaded so you can slam your ride if you really wanted to.. On the SC430 I am running 8 clicks from the softest setting in the front and 6 clicks from the softest setting in the rear and IMO it is perfect.. Like SandRock said hit Steve (SUPRATRD) up for a price on the Tein Flex and thank me later when you spend that little bit extra to get something that is sooo much better!

My 2 cents on this topic!

Ken

futureGS,

thanks for the kind words...i have 35mmF/30mmR drop, perfect for me. esp when i have 2 people in the back...if i am the only one in the car, the rear could drop ~15mm...oh well, compromise i guess...i have 18x10 +37 and was afraid of rubbing but no problem at all, even with 2 adults and full trunk of grocery...

btw, where did you see my car's pic?

Bad-HR drops a bit more than eibach...

to those whose budget allows, go for the coils by either tein or bilsteins...

Default For Tein HA owners

Is the ride that harsh and is it worth the money to buy the flex or CA. I have some problems with steering wheel vibrations like many others, and dont want the HA's escalate this problem anymore. Getting the HA's for like $950 so getting preety good deal.

It means that you can adjust the coilovers to be harder or softer.. Like either a race car (hard) or a Lexus (soft).........
