Default Loud and Constant Sound when I brake

Hey guys we recently changed the front pads because the older ones were worn out. When I went to Midas they also suggested that I get new rotors but we did not do that. Now when I am braking say from 25 or 35 mph to a stoplight or whatever I here this constant loud sound (really dont know how to describe it) from the front, could this be from not changing my rotors? Is this normal and does this hapen to you when you brake?
Thanks!

It is really hard to descrice it doesnt happen when I am not applying the brakes, but when i do it seems like it coming from the wheel well area and it sounds almost like the wheels are grinding on something.

Take it back and have them check it out. Brakes are not something to ignore.

I have had this issue in the past with brake pads "glazing" from being overheated. Do you drive and break pretty hard?

This is true for any shop including dealers. If you are not going in knowing the shop/employees or based off a trusted recommendation it will always be a pretty big gamble.
