Default Brake problem: Rumble when trying to come to complete stop

I have read may topic on this fourm and I think it great for the lexus community to share their knowledge. I have been trying to fix this brake problem for over 1 1/2 years and still no luck.

The car started braking weird after the ball joint broke off. After replacing both front ball joints, Alignment and $1000+ of damages due to the ball joint the car started to brake funny. For example driving down on the road at 40 mph when you see a red light you brake slowly. By the time you get to the red light you are almost at a complete stop and at THIS monent you head a rumble from the brake. It seem like rumble/screeching/ caliper not gripping sought of feeling. I though the rotor and brake pads were bad so I change them out. Still the same. Changes out 2 front caliper with remaufacture/aftermarket caliper. Still no luck. Changed out the brake lines, still no luck.
If you are the driver and when you are almost to a complete stop the noise seems like it is comming from the passenger side. If you are the passenger and when the car almost come to a complete stop the noise seems to be from the driver side. I don't know what to do next. Does anyone have similar brake problem like this?

Car is stock 2000 GS300

Have changed but no luck:
Both front rotors
Front brake pads
Both front remanufacture calipers
brake hose
bleed the brake many times
Changed the brake pads in the rear
changed out the rims
rotate tires

sure ur suspension aint bent from the damages?? check your run out on your rotors and parallelism.... with a micrometer and dia indicator and find specs for it as well

i was thinking something along the lines of a suspension part being bent too..or maybe your dust shield hits something under full breaking momentum....

hey alexly any luck finding the problem?

I have changed out the rotors to a new set of brembo but still no luck. The dust cover is not rubbing against the wheel.

I haven't change out the wheel bearing yet but maybe that might be the next item I replace.

Does anyone have any idea of what it might be?

try changing your control arm bushings? Daizen makes claims to fix this sort of issue...
