Crack open the bleeder, and see if the wheel turns freely now. Close the bleeder. Now step on the brake pedal one time. If it locks up again you need a new brake hose.

It not the brake hose, it might be the Master Cylinder, i alredy checked if it was the Brake Booster but that working fine, i'm replacing the MC right now, let see if my problem are solved.

Thats what Im saying. Also, I cant tell if you are talking about all 4 wheels or just one. You said your "pad are stuck to the rotor" and you replaced pads, calipers and you "bleed brake line."

I fixed the problem, when the caliper are not releasing and it feel like your driving with your brake on the road, REPLACE YOUR MASTER CYLINDER. My brake are so free it like riding on air

My MASTER CYLINDER, the front brake line were all clogged up, the back line was fine.

I fixed the problem now the caliper are releasing instead of just dragging my pads to the rotor.
