A lot of vibration after my spring install
Ok so I just lowered my car on espelir springs 
and ever since its been kinda shakey
. the springs are rated rather soft on the spectrum of ride quality and I expected the ride to get rougher but this is unusual vibrations. The rough ride comes through the pedal and the car in general, but definately not the brakes or the steering, I'm positive. So its worse on crappy freeways at speed like 65+ and kinda noticable at low speeds but significantly less which leads me to the conclusion that its my shocks being completely gone. Please tell me if I am right and if not alternate diagnoses, if correct than which shocks are best for comfort.

I would start at a simple wheel balance and alignment. If the ride does not improve (actually even it does) I suggest getting new struts.
Even with my wheels perfectly balanced I have a slight vibration at 60mph and again at 80mph. Anything over or under and its smooth. I have come to accept this as normal.
