Default Lower Ball joint Nut problem

I bought set of ball joints from Sewell . after installing them i noticed that one nut that come with the ball joints didn't wanna align right so i could slide the pin in to it. Are both of the nuts the same , i might of switched the around but i didn't have a problem with the other side . So i end up not tightening it so much , the was the only way i could slide the pin trough.
did anyone run it to anythign like this ??

Not all bolts/nuts have the same tolerance. Just keep on tightening until it lines up.

Get a breaker bar or a torque wrench. I only use impact to tighten things up, but not all the way. It's a bad idea unless you have a torque stick. Tighten it, but use a torque wrench for the final turn.
