Like most have said, you should never cut your springs unless its your LAST option. Why would you want to cut something that you paid lots of $$$ for, it wouldn't make much sense to me. Ever consider coilovers? Then you can adjust to whatever height you desire.

Had experience cutting springs on a friends Honda, that was a bad idea. Worst ride ever!

yeahh you dont want to risk your ride for something like .5in
keep the springs how they are and save up for the coils

Don't tell me to get coilovers...I am saving $$$ to buy coilovers..
Thanks.
Ive riden in harsh rides like G35's with huge rims and tinny tires, springs, and it rides awful.
Cutting your springs will be 10 times worse than that.

cut springs = fail.

sorry to say, but your lack of foresight (you should've gotten s-techs for an even lower ride height) is leading you to a lack of thought (chopping f-sport springs).

strike the thought of chopping your f-sport springs from your memory and do what you should've done in the first place: go w/ s-techs.

I think you should do it. It'll be totally awesome. Like, "mashing my junk in your face" awesome.

You guys should look into having some billet 6061 inserts made to fit between the front lower ball joints and knuckles. I had mine done this way. It took 10 minutes to install and they are 100% reversible.
