Default Clinking noise when going over any bump

I switched back to stock suspension from my coilovers and sways. Right of the bat I noticed that when i go over any size bump that my car makes a clinking noise. I thought it was because the swaybars werent screwed in tight enough (I had my share of loose bolts with my TRD sways), but when I recheck all the bolts to the sways and the spring/shocks everything seemed to be in order.

My memory is vague but can someone tell me whether there was some sort of spacer/bracket that went inbetween the 3 screws on the spring/shock assembly undernear the car before it goes up into the engine bay?

Otherwise, please someone help me diagnose the problem
