Question

Funky noises in reverse

Hi, a few weeks ago my car started making a loud whining/houling noise while going in reverse at about 1 - 2 mph, it doesnt make it when the car is goign slower or faster. Also, it makes the noise even when the car is turned off or in neutral and just rolling back. What could this be, and how would I fix it??
