Anybody have both the Eibach spring/swaybar setup?
Hello!
Does anybody have the eibach swaybars and pro-springs setup with stock wheels?
What kind of aftermarket shocks do you have?
Need a stiffer ride then stock, and looking to pull .9 g's.
I other have had the car for a week and it needs to be more responsive.
I have a 2002 BMW 330 with sports suspension and any looking for that type or slightly stiffer.
Any other recommendations for suspension setup would be helpful and places to buy online?
Thanks
m

I have the eibach springs, but im looking at installing the F-Sport swaybars in the near future. You might want to consider picking up the F-Sport springs, shocks, sway bars, and chassis brace. All of the suspension components compliment each other, and would make for a pretty sweet ride.

There's no magic to what BMW does. They are just very good at putting together a quality suspension. There is no reason we can't do the same with the right components.

What have you owned? My siblings own a 335i and my cousin owns m3. Considering how soft the stock suspension on the is350. It will be hard to copy the feeling with just springs. I will soon find out if the TEIN coilovers can copy the feeling of the BMW.

there are many springs out there so its all about which ones you choose! Look at the tires on those BMW's and what is on your IS. IMO make sure you are comparing fairly! If you drove my car I bet you would think differently. But I have great tires with one of the more aggressive springs out there for our car.
Coilovers will allow you more options and flexibility then springs hands down! You can select the drop and the ride quality! Many on here have said the the TeinCS offer the same ride as OEM but with a drop? To me that isnt like a BMW. I think if you want a ride similar to that then TeinSS coilovers or something comparable are the better direction to go. Just IMO anyway.

Again guys thanks for the info.
I may go with aftermarket shocks in the future. This may or not be my daily driver, since I still have my BMW.
Also, what's the deal with the springs lowering the car unevenly.
Is this just a problem with Toyota's and Lexus's?
Is this anything to be concerned about?
I have read that coilovers lowers the car evenly.
Thanks for any info.
