Default Caliper is stuck

So I just found out that my caliper is stuck on the right side...is that the reason my car has bad alignment on the freeway? Also, I don't know if it's because I didn't change my bushings, but my car makes weird noises when I turn the wheel on a stop, and when I brake.

Thanks for your help.

caliper is stuck? could be the pins or the piston(s) are seized.

Yeah they said that the piston is seized...and it ate through my rotors...is that a bad thing?

And I don't know if that caused it, but now my bushings are going out, ball joint is creaking CRAZY! so i have replace everything now.

hmm, sounds like a caliper rebuild is possible...or maybe it's time for a big brake kit...?

definitely get the ball joint(s) fixed asap!

Eating through the rotors...lets see...does that sound good?

Time to get it rebuilt! The OEM rebuilding kit is $45-ish
