Default Changing springs on Tein CS

Hey I came across evasivemotorsports website and they carry swift springs that you came custom order to spec. I called them and they said it should mate up to the the Tein CS's. I just don't know how to decide upon specs I need to drop it more. The price isn't too bad either. I just don't want my sell the CS's cuz my girl got them for me and she would be pissed if I sold them. Does anyone know what diameter the CS springs are? I want to be able to lower it at least another 1/2 inch to have it sit on top of the tire. Here is their website to custom order the springs http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/me...=SWIFT-SPRINGS
Help me out guys! Thanks!

Do RCA's drop any coilover set lower? If so about how much are we talking? Another 1/4" or so? How much? Where? lol

It will drop with any suspension, even stock. The drop all deppends on the thickness of the RCA. Most RCAs are .5", but there are some that are 1" thick.
Coilovers have a suggested drop for maximum performance. All the way down is not that place. IMO, maxing out coilovers defeats the purpose of having coilovers. However; some people prefer the dumpped look over perfomance and that's ok too.

if you're already max out on the drop of the CS and getting shorter springs to replace, you'll reduced the travel and affect the performance of it. CS and the SS/RCA kit will give approx ~ another inch of drop anything lower...get Bags.

I've went with the RCA route and had some issues with it. I had a thread here somewhere stating the problems encountered. I just picked up the springs today and will try to get them installed as soon as my friends shop has an opening. I asked TEIN if the 25mm shorter spring will affect the stroke and was told that with 25mm its ok, however anymore then that it will. I'll post after its in and I have some road time on it to see how it fairs.

I couldnt find the exact link but this basically sums it up for me...

The new TEIN shorter springs are on my ride right now. I drove it for a good 15miles and it seems fine. The height is 1inch lower and looks really nice I just need to get some spacers up front to match with my rear 25mm's and it should look perfect. I'm really happy with my set up now. I got the comfort of the CS's plus the height of Flex's.

There was enough thread on the shock body to compensate the shorter springs?
