Default Sway Bars

Not to be dumb or anything, but is there another company that makes sways for the GS? Everyone seems to have the TRD sways and I was just wondering if there are any other choices? No complaints from me on the TRD sways but I want something different if there is anything available....

You want different sways just to not have TRDs?

There's Intrax, which I've never seen but some people say the bushings squeak and need lubricating.

I think RMM might make sways too.

Good luck.

Cool Sways

The sways marketed by RMM ARE the Intrax versions. I have those & am satisfied - not much squeeking as long as they're kept greased. The urethane bushings have zerk fittings for greasing so I grease mine every oil/filter change. They aren't as heavy duty as the TRD sways ( based on the diameter of the bars ) but the rear Intrax sway is adjustable & I don't think the TRD's are. Since I don't really push my GS in terms of cornering, the cheaper ( read: lower cost ) Intrax bars suit my needs the best.

If you are consider sway bars please stay with the TRD version. They are from Toyota Racing Development and are genuine Toyota parts. Your dealership has to honor the TRD relationship with our Lexus vehicles.
