You mean braided stainless lines like the ones in the Endless BBK? I haven't seen them yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are already lines that will fit made by Goodridge.
I haven't checked, what kind of fittings come off the end of the hard brake line and the caliper? I assume its the pretty standard NPT fitting on the hard line and banjo bolt on the caliper?
NPT on a brake system? No way. Inverted flare is most common. There are never pipe threads in a brake system unless someone not so clever puts a pipe thread adapter into a caliper (very DUMB idea.)
Goodridge makes adapters of all kinds to fit even the Japanese metric threaded calipers (they also make banjo style fittings.) I'm actually ordering a set of these for my Supra (the OEM lines are very old, and actually cost more than Goodridge) so I can see if they will fit the IS350 at the same time.

Please let us know any information that you have after test fitting it....
I downloaded the entire Goodridge catalog yesterday, and no matter what happens with the lines I bought, you could easily buy the components from Goodridge and built it yourself easily enough. It wouldn't be quite as light as a fully swaged set of lines, but it wouldn't be a big weight difference.
I'd like check out their aramid fibre wound lines. They won't sell them for brake systems on street vehicles, but they do sell them for racing vehicles. I bet those lines are really light and stiff. Kawasaki put aramid fibre brake lines on their bikes way back in '91 because they're stronger than braided stainless and much lighter.
