Default Eibach Pro-Kit on IS250 AWD

Does anyone know if the Eibach Pro-Kit would work if installed on an IS 250 AWD?

I'm going to guess the one for the 350 will work. The question is will the kit for the 250, which has the larger drop, work.

Hmmm, I'd be careful with this. The front spring coils for the AWD are different part numbers than the spring coils for any of the other packages. As for the rears, they're all the same, excluding the sport package. I'd contact Eibach directly and get some assurances from them before I bought anything.

Most of the people that have dropped the AWD used the springs for the 350 just like me, I've been dropped for about 6 months with no problem.

Thanks

Minor rubbing in the front but I have to see if I can fix it w/ 235 tires instead of 245.

Yes, but you appear to have use the Tanabe springs.

I wanted to get the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs for my AWD also because of the even wheel gap look but it seemed like no one in ClubLexus has done it. Also, i remember some guy in a thread sayin he spoke to Eibach directly and they advised him to not do it until further testing.

So to be safe i just went with the Tanabe NF210's but for the 06 GS's coz it has more of a drop in the front than the rear 1.3"F 0.9"R. I was hoping that it would give me an even wheel gap but the fronts have a 3 finger gap and the rear has a 1 finger gap. Its been exactly 2 weeks from today since i've had them so i think its done settling.

Do you have a picture of your car after (and before) the drop?

Sorry for the bad pics...Also, the fender gap looks pretty even, even tho the fronts are a 3 finger gap and the rear is a 1 finger gap.

Thanks for the pictures.. Will probably go with the GS springs then, unless I find out the Eibach kit will work.

Ok, so I've decided to go with the 06- GS 430 NF210 Tanabe springs.. Now my question is, where do I buy them from? Any recommendations?

Edit: Also meant to ask, just out of curiosity, how big are the springs and how much do they weigh?
