Default Weird Knocking Noise

Thought I post my lil problem here first to see if anyone else experienced it.

I have this weird knocking noise, sounds like it coming from the front-end suspension. It mainly occurs every time I make a turn (left/right). Its cert-of like a ticking cracking sound. Any one can shed some insight on this?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe your ball joints. If it is, I suggest you get it replaced ASAP! Some people here have had the whole car slam to the ground because the ball joints wore out and broke in half.
