Default Clicking Noise from Suspension

I noticed recently a clicking noise when I reverse, come to a stop, take a turn with a sharp turn in or sometimes over uneven pavement. Anyone know what the culprit could be?

i had something similar on mine, but mine has 130k miles is350 rwd, so i just replaced almost everything. replacing the ball joints and sway bar stabilizer up front got rid of the clicking. Replacing the inner tie rod got rid of a poping/creaking sound. hope that helps

I think I just finished reading your other posts. I've got 130k on 2007 250. This should be fun.

If you plan on keeping the car and have the funds, I would replace the ball joints and inner tie rods and possibly the upper front arm ball joints too. Check your LCA bushing for cracks, mine were still good at 130k, but just replaced them anyway. Lol

I love the car, plan on keeping it as a daily with a few mods so, I'll see what I am quoted as Sewell and go from there.

Also check your half-shaft boots for tears or signs of grease having been slung out. Over time (months and months) the CV joints become dry and start to click or pop, especially when turning at slower speeds.

Upon initial observation, the first thing I thought of was maybe U joints with a driveshaft.

Could be the brake pads making noise on the Caliper bracket shims

Just got the car back from Sewell. They determined that the rear lower control arms were loose, as well as a ride height sensor. Tightened everything back up and feels great. No more noise. Just updating for those that may have this similar issue.
