just wondering if a 2000 gs400 trd stb will fit my 2001 gs300... and if not ... y

I dont think there were any changes in the 2000-2001 body, I mean, to where this wouldnt fit. I could be wrong though.

It will not. The GS300 motor sits higher in the engine bay than the GS400. You can use spacers to clear the engine but then the bar will hit the hood. It does not help that the bar is cylindrical instead of flat.

Other than the CarsonTuned, I don't think the others clear the engine cover very well.
