This was the info I was looking for. Two wrenches is the trick then??? I tried to torque mine, and the inner shaft spun like you said. Now if only I can guesstimate how much 20lbs is by hand.

thanks for the comps on the engine bay guys. believe it or not, all I do is wipe it down with a damp micro fiber towel every so often.

glad the pics helped. I learned to watch out for this through Rich's misfortune.
