fyou can check the tein site but the cs is much more of a OEM ride, well I guess softer is the term. Where the HA's are much firmer. Spring rates are stiffer on the HA as well.

basically the HA is more racing purpose imho, very stiff but handling is awesome. the cs is a lot softer
