It depends on the mileage and history of the car. It it's high mileage or if you have bought used and don't know how it was driven - I would go ahead and replace the springs. It will not increase the labor costs. I guess it also depends on your plans for the car. If you plan on keeping the car and want the best - go with new springs along with the Bilstein B6 HD.
