The problem is that currently, there are no aftermarket shocks available for purchase that aren't part of an adjustable coilover assembly. If anyone knows of any, or is developing any, please speak up!!!

The best thing to do right now, if you want to lower your car with springs, is to use the shocks from the sport suspension (Lexus part # 48510-80257 & 48520-59285 for the front R/L... you can reuse your stock rear shocks, since they're identical between regular & sport suspensions.)

Is there a big difference between using the Premium or Sports Package shocks?

The sport package shocks are slightly stiffer and are designed for use with the shorter sport package springs up front. The rear sport package springs are a tiny bit shorter than the regular springs, but the shocks are identical.
