I am not sure about the stock springs but the L-Tuned springs are the same for both GS4s and GS3s. The weight of the engine is not that different either as the V8 has an aluminum block while the I6 is cast iron. This is partly why RMM was able to reconcile putting a GS430 engine into an IS.

Sorry I don't have part numbers and such for the OEM parts to verify for you but just wanted to give some insight.

This would be interpreted as screaming. Considering I found this answer at least 10 times useing the SEARCH feature.

The stock springs are the same. The aftermarket springs are the same.

I am also going to move this to the section it should have been in.

nop, not really, the gs3 and gs4 are basically the same weight. the i6 is cast iron, very heavy, and the v8 is aluminum block, light. overall the engine weight is pretty much identical

and yes they share the same springs setup

Not too sure about the US models, but the Aristo Twin Turbo and the Aristo N/A use different shocks. Also the part no are different.
The Aristo TT shocks are stiffer than the NA.
